Ambulance Coverage
YOUR BENEFITS
STUDENTS
Ambulance services are covered when provided by a licensed ambulance company.
- The Plan will reimburse you for your ambulance transportation to the nearest health care facility where essential treatment is available.
- Reimbursement is limited to $150 per trip, per insured person.
- In no event will reimbursement exceed the cost of the actual expense.
